These two workouts will be so simple, yet so effective and hard hitting, that you will simply love it :)
Chest/Triceps/Shoulders - 10 sets of 20 pushups (If you cannot achieve that many sets of 20 pushups, you will slowly build up over the weeks and workouts towards 10 sets)
Back/Biceps - 10 sets of 5 pullups/chinups (If you can't reach the intended number of sets, then work towards the target over time)
