How To Gain Weight - Five Easy Steps

Gaining weight does seem TOO easy until it becomes a disadvantage for many people. How about for 'skinny people'? Gaining weight seems impossible! You eat more food than you usually do, yet you still see no results. You look in the mirror, and you see the same old you.

Many people will tell you, "You're LUCKY you find it hard to gain weight!" However, you may be feeling quite the opposite.

So now, I am going to tell you how to gain weight.

I believe you must have been frustrated enough over this issue, and I will therefore go straight into the details, how to gain weight... The five easy steps!

  1. You are going to have to take in more calories than you currently take in IF you are not gaining any weight whatsoever. Increase your calorie count until you see weight gain on a pretty consistent basis.
  2. Since fat people do alot of cardiovascular exercises to slim down, do the opposite! Limit your cardio exercises to a minimum or even cut them out totally when in a bid to gain weight!
  3. Get into a muscle building program, and work hard for the results to show off. By stimulating muscle gains, along with higher calories intake, you will gain weight soon! Also muscle weighs more than fat.
  4. Believe in yourself, your belief is probably one of the most important factors in your journey to gain weight. Believe that you can do it, ignore haters, they will always be there.
  5. DESIRE. Most important, you have to have the deep emotional desire to achieve your weight gain. When you can feel the strong (not desperate) desire to gain weight, along with a good program, you will be able to gain weight very easily. That is what worked for me.
And so the above are the five simple steps to gaining weight!
